TraSys® – “The Release Answer System”

TraSys® is a series of high quality and reliable release agents. The fluorinated mould release agents are formulated as semi-permanent types based on alcohol or water and meet the highest requirements for quality and performance. As well as exceptional release and lubrication properties, the products in the TraSys® series are extremely cost effective. This efficiency combined with outstanding product characteristics give TraSys® a leading position worldwide for semi-permanent and aqueous release agents.

The products in the TraSys® series are optimised for the application areas of rotational moulding release, injection moulding and for the mould release of rubber parts. With operating temperatures up to 330 °C and excellent mechanical stability, up to ten times more releases can be performed in comparison with conventional mould release agents. Some products in the series also provide increased corrosion protection.
