BIOGREASE DR is the ideal and extremely environmentally friendly solution for boring bar applications. It passes high-quality ester oils and is thickened with very shear-stable lithium soap. It contains environmentally friendly rust and wear protection additives. BIOGREASE DR provides rust protection during operation of the drill rod, but also for longer periods of storage.drill rod grease thickened with very shear stable lithium soap, which additionally contains environmentally friendly rust and wear additives.
Biological degradability after 28 days: >60 %
– penetration (ASTM D217): 220-250
– water washout (ASTM D1264): 5.4 %.
