Krytox GPL 205 Tube

Krytox™ GPL 205 is a high performance grease with outstanding chemical, thermal and mechanical properties. It passes perfluoropolyether (PFPE), a liquid and very inert fluoropolymer, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as a functional thickener. In addition to the thickening effect, the PTFE used ensures higher stability and greater safety through additional emergency running properties. Krytox™ Compared to conventional lubricants, GPL 205 offers a significantly longer service life, higher stability and greater reliability. It is extremely temperature and pressure resistant, non-flammable and incombustible. Krytox™ GPL 205 is chemically inert, oxygen compatible and resistant to aggressive chemicals. Krytox™ GPL 205 does not migrate even at high temperatures, is silicone- and chlorine-free and does not release volatile organic compounds (VOC) into the atmosphere.
The fluorinated oils and greases of the Krytox™ series are preferably used where complete non-flammability, oxygen compatibility and resistance to aggressive chemicals are desired.
Krytox™ GPL 205 is insoluble in conventional solvents. Special solvents are required for diluting, cleaning and removing Krytox™ products.
